Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties, office procedures and event organization. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors

  • Liaise with different suppliers

  • Manage and control office, kitchen inventory and cleaning staff

  • Responsible for the Office maintenance

  • Handles medical insurance and leaves management

  • Helps in planning & execution of events

  • Manage contract with office vendors, service providers and office lease

  • Address queries regarding office management (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)

  • Manage office budget

Pré-requis du poste

Requirements and skills

  • Minimum Degree qualification

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

  • Good presentation and service-oriented approach

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
